The map below shows the best way of arriving by road. You should use the Kipling Street entrance, and then follow the direction on the video.
You will almost certainly be travelling along Long Lane, and probably from West to East, depending on whether you are coming from the London Bridge or Tower bridge direction. Turn north into Weston Street (blue circle) and follow the arrows.

There is only one exit from Borough station, onto Borough High Street. Cross this road from the station, and walk about 55m along Great Dover Street, towards the traffic lights. Cross again towards the church, into Long Lane. Walk along Long Lane for about 400m until you get to Kipling Street. It is about 80m to the entrance to Kipling Estate on the right.
